Method 1

• Before taking a shower, scoop up a full teaspoon of the mask.
• Leave the spoon with the mask at room temperature for the duration of the water (or other) procedure, but not less than 10 minutes.
• Knead and warm the mask with your palms.
• Apply an even layer of the balm on the face, avoid the skin around your eyes. Do not put it into your eyes.

• Take one full teaspoon and warm on a steam bath (for 3-5 minutes), stir until the gel is warm, thick, and smooth.
• Apply an even layer of the balm on the face, avoid the skin around your eyes. Do not put it into your eyes.

On the aircraft the luggage compartment stays cold during the flight, and our raw products have a "safety buffer" even for the 24-hours interval without refrigeration, but it's always better to minimize this period of time. All other items are stored at room temperature and you can transport them without any problems.
