Geranium Oil is believed to be effective in soothing symptoms of both menstruation and menopause. This includes body aches, mood swings, and hot flashes.

- Measuring:
- 3-6 drops for oil burner;
- internally non-fasting! no more than one drop of 2 times a day, mixed with honey;
- for inhalation, no more two drops;
- for gargle, add two drops in a glass of warm water;
- for the enrichment of cosmetics, use three drops to one tablespoon of the basics;
- to relieve headaches, mix one drop of geranium oil with four drops of base oil (coconut) and rub into the temporal region;
- pure oil is used to treat burns, cuts, and frostbite.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use in case of individual intolerance to the components of the product. Stimulates estrogen synthesis, do not use concomitantly with birth control pills, do not use pure form during the first 5 months of pregnancy. Children under 6 years of age are prohibited from using the drug! You should not use geranium internally for a long time (more than 3 weeks), especially for people suffering from diabetes, given its ability to lower blood sugar levels. Never take on an empty stomach! Consult with your doctor before use!
